Method

In this training task, you will stretch to maintain the missionary position for a long time.

Stretching is a training task for masturbation that connects the sensation of stretching the body with sexual pleasure, but this is a task for physical training.
The missionary position—legs bent, knees close to the chest, exposing the genitals—can actually be difficult to maintain.
You will stretch to gain the hip joint flexibility needed to be freely used for extended periods.

Bend your legs as deeply as possible and open your knees to allow gravity to stretch your hip joints.
