Wetting (Regression)
Being conditioned to wet yourself while sleeping
What You Need
- Beverages
- Adult diapers
- Vinyl sheet if necessary
Method
In this training task, we will conduct reverse training to make your body wet itself while sleeping.
There are several difficulty levels of wetting in different places, starting with Wetting (Indoor), but this training task has a different approach.
What you need to do is very simple.
Drink plenty of water before going to bed at night, wear a diaper, get into bed, and when you feel the urge to urinate, do so without hesitation.
Just repeat this.
At first, there will be significant psychological resistance to urinating in bed, and it will likely be difficult.
If you're anxious, you might want to place a vinyl sheet under your bedsheets for the first few days.
Drink plenty of fluids and take your time to urinate in a relaxed state.
As you repeatedly urinate in bed, your brain will learn that "this is a place where it's okay to urinate."
Especially, urinating in a relaxed state with a slight consciousness in the early morning will enhance the "training" effect.
When you can urinate while sleeping without any consciousness, this training task is complete.
Even if you're concerned about developing a habit that might be troublesome in daily life, please try urinating in bed while half-asleep at least once.
Points to Note
Everyone wets themselves when they're young.
In this training task, you abandon the adult reasoning you've acquired as you grew up, and are trained to develop an irreversible habit.
When you consciously urinate at first, imagine your training owner saying to you,
"There, there, go pee-pee,"
half-mockingly and half-lovingly.
Please wet yourself while feeling both the humiliation and comfort of returning to a vulnerable and innocent state like when you were a child.
