In this training task, you will hold your urine to the limit, aiming for the ultimate feeling of release. "Pee holding" is exactly what it sounds like.

As with the Wetting (Indoor) task, you'll generate urine by drinking fluids. Sports drinks are ideal, but water is fine too. If possible, heat them in the microwave to a lukewarm temperature, which greatly improves absorption. To promote diuresis, also consume caffeinated beverages. Drink cold green tea or coffee. Take your time, but aim to consume more than 1000ml in total.

This time, we'll also specify a guideline for the urge to urinate. When your bladder becomes painfully tight and you start to break into a cold sweat, set a 30-minute timer. Before starting the countdown, drink one more cup of cold caffeinated beverage as a final push. You can hold yourself in any position, but remain fully clothed while enduring.

After 30 minutes, it's time for the release phase. Remove your lower garments and move to a different location. The toilet is fine, but a shower room where you don't have to worry about mess would be better. Or if you enjoy wetting indoors, you can do it anywhere you like.

I believe the most intense and pleasurable pee holding experience actually comes from the full restraint after a slight release. That's what you'll be doing.

Once you're in the shower room or your chosen location, begin masturbating while continuing to hold your urine. There's also a method of releasing your urine simultaneously with climax, but that's not permitted yet. When you're about to climax, edge yourself.

While restraining the feeling of climax, slightly open your urethra and release just a tiny bit of urine. By "tiny," I mean just a few drops trickling out. After this slight release, clench your muscles with all your might to hold back the flood of urine.

When you're at your limit, even what was intended as a slight release might turn into a flood, so concentrate all your nerves on holding it. If you're not used to this, your pelvic floor muscles might cramp, but hold with all your strength. If it seems like you won't be able to stop, you can use your hands or body position to help. Those who regularly experience pleasure from their pelvic floor muscles will likely feel that sweet pleasure intensely here.

Once you've completely stopped the urine flow, resume masturbating and build up to the edge again. Repeat this cycle of edging, slight release, and full restraint at least 5 times.

Finally, climax without edging and simultaneously release all your urine.
