Location Pee Holding

Being forced to hold your pee in places where you must not wet yourself

What You Need

  • Beverages
  • A clock or timer

Method

In this training task, you will hold your urine while moving between various locations where you absolutely must not wet yourself.

First, go to a public place outside your home where people might see you. Ideally, choose a place that's neither too hot nor too cold, and where you can sit down. It can be indoors as long as it's outside your home. The travel time is not counted as part of this training task, so somewhere close to home that you can quickly return from is ideal.

As with the regular Pee Holding training task, you'll accumulate urine by drinking fluids. Aim to drink primarily oral rehydration solutions that are easily absorbed or caffeinated beverages that promote urination. Try to consume at least 1000ml in total.

When you start to feel that your need to urinate is becoming urgent, start the countdown. Before starting the countdown, drink one more cup of cold caffeinated beverage as a final push. You can hold yourself in any position, but remain fully clothed while enduring for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, return home and continue to hold for another 15 minutes while on your regular bedding. After those 15 minutes, move to the floor of your room for 15 more minutes, then to the bathroom area for 15 minutes, and finally to the toilet for the last 15 minutes. However, remain clothed even in the bathroom and toilet areas. After the final 15 minutes at the toilet, you are permitted to remove your clothes and urinate.

If you find the 15-minute intervals too easy, try extending them to 20 or 25 minutes.

Points to Note

This is a training task where the longer you endure, the less damage you'll suffer. Conversely, if you can't hold it early on, you risk being seen by others or soiling your room.

If you enjoy pee holding, you're probably attracted to the anxiety and thrill it creates. Adding the location element increases that anxiety even further.

You might be tempted to give up around the time you move to the bathroom, but try your best to complete the challenge.
