Fragrance

Being conditioned to climax using scent

What You Need

  • Your second favorite fragrance

Method

In this training task, you will condition your brain to associate a scent with climax, making it easier for you to orgasm whenever needed.

There is a psychological term called "anchoring." An anchor is exactly what it sounds like.
In psychology, this word has two different meanings in the contexts of behavioral economics and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), but here we're referring to the latter.
Simply put, it's a switch that helps you hold onto or recall a certain mental state at any time.

If you ring a bell every time you feed a dog, eventually just ringing the bell will make the dog salivate.
This is Pavlov's famous dog experiment, and in this case, the bell can be considered an anchor.
You could also call it a conditioning trigger.

You may have also heard that scents are strongly linked to memory.
This is said to be because the olfactory sense is closer to the limbic system in the brain, making it easier to stimulate.
This phenomenon is sometimes called the Proust effect.

In this training task, we'll use anchoring and the Proust effect to link a scent to your climax.

First, choose your second favorite fragrance.
Use a scent you like but don't use regularly, rather than your absolute favorite everyday scent.
Ideally, a distinctive fragrance like ylang-ylang, which is said to have aphrodisiac effects, would be good.

Perfumes that can be sprayed into the air are easier to use for this task than hand creams or oils.
If you want to use essential oils, making them into an aroma spray would be good.

Once you have your fragrance ready, you'll perform the actual anchoring.
All you need to do is edge yourself with masturbation and then smell the fragrance while experiencing a pleasurable climax.

Perform 5 edges, then climax.
At that moment, spray the fragrance into the air.
Make sure to spread the scent in the air rather than letting it settle on your body.

Repeat the 5 edges and scent-linked climax until you're satisfied with your masturbation.
Perform this method of masturbation regularly.

Points to Note

Anchoring is a method I often use in actual training, where I press a certain part of the masochist's body when they experience a pleasurable climax.
I do this subtly so they don't notice, but after repeating it several times, when I press the same spot thinking "I want to flip the switch now," there's an immediate response and their eyes become dreamy.

This training task is a form of development, so work on it regularly.
After about 3 sessions, you should start to feel a tightening sensation in your lower abdomen when you smell the same fragrance in non-masturbation contexts.
In the future, when you have a master, it might be nice to give them your fragrance as a switch to trigger your arousal.
