Being made to report to your former school that you've become a masochist

Method

In this training task, you will visit the school you attended and report that you have grown into a fine masochist.

Target the middle school or high school where you spent your adolescence.
Choose one and actually visit it.
If you can't go to either because they're too far away or have been closed, you can do this task in your imagination.

Before going out, prepare your appearance.
Since you're reporting your masochistic nature, go without underwear.

Display your name on your chest, hidden under your clothes.
Write "Graduated [XXXX], Class 3-[X], [Your full name]"
Write your name directly on your skin if possible, or if you're concerned about leaving marks, use tape or something removable.

Once prepared, head to your alma mater at a time when there aren't many people coming and going.
Look at the school building from outside the main gate, and while remembering your time as a student, make your report as a masochist as follows:

This is [Your full name], formerly of Class 3-[X], graduated in [Year].
Thank you for taking care of me back then.
Thanks to you, I was able to grow into a masochist who loves being humiliated.
Today I've come to report without even wearing underwear.
I'll continue to do my best, so please look after me.

Points to Note

The time you spent in middle or high school has likely had a significant influence on your current personality.
Many people become aware of their masochistic tendencies during this time.

Actually visiting the place and engaging your five senses can strongly evoke memories from that time.
Make your report with a fawning, submissive feeling, as if teaching masochism to your adolescent self.
