Method

In this training task, you will urinate into a very small container without spilling when you desperately need to pee.
If you spill, you will receive a penalty.

Prepare paper cups as containers for urination.
Look for small, shot-sized paper cups rather than regular-sized ones.
These can be found at 100-yen shops and similar stores.

To begin, create a state of desperate need to urinate.
Similar to the Pee Holding training task, consume a large amount of liquid and hold it in strictly.
As a guideline, aim to hold it for about 30 minutes after your bladder starts to hurt.

When your urge reaches its limit, it's time to urinate.
Move to a bathroom or somewhere that can be soiled, but if you want more tension, you may do this in your room.

Place several paper cups on the floor.
Take a squatting position and urinate into the paper cups without spilling.
You are allowed to hold the cup with your hand to prevent it from tipping over due to the force of your urine.
However, make sure the bottom of the cup remains on the floor.
When a cup is about 90% full, move to the next cup.

If you spill urine outside the cup, you must apologize by saying:
"I'm a stupid masochist who can't even urinate properly. I'm sorry."
While saying this, flick your clitoris three times with enough force to feel pain, as if you were flicking someone's forehead.
Of course, during this time, you must continue holding your urine.

When reporting, please tell us how many paper cups you filled.

Points to Note

When you actually try this, you'll find that it's quite difficult to urinate into a shot-sized paper cup up to 90% without spilling.
In other words, this training task assumes from the beginning that you will soil the surroundings, receive punishment, and be forced to hold your urine until you finish completely.

While in a state of desperate need to urinate, apologizing and flicking your clitoris will surely make you tremble with humiliation.
Engage in this task while finding your masochistic nature in the small containers lined up on the floor.
